SCHRÖTER 2-TRUCK ELECTRIC HOT SMOKEHOUSE - 2 AVAILABLE
Two-truck hot smokehouses, for standard smoke wagons 1x1x1.98 metres (39x39x78“ high).
Single-piece housings, with access to heating, humidification and cooling register through the inside of the smokehouse.
Smokehouses are electrically-heated (550V/3/60 Hz, 72 kW), and cooling coils can be connected to customer’s own Freon refrigeration system for drying or fermentation. Humidification is via warm water atomization into the airstream within the machinery section.
The smokehouses are presently controlled by JUMO MPF 88 process controllers, connected to an OMRON S6 PLC. Upgrade to brand new SIEMENS, Rockwell Allen-Bradley or JUMO IMAGO F3000 control systems can be offered separately.

SCHRÖTER 400-LITRE AND 800-LITRE ELECTRIC COOK TANKS
Electrically heated cook tanks, with JUMO MPF 88 temperature controllers in a combined electrical panel. Tanks are being sold as a set, but can be sold individually if required. Require 600V/ 3/60 Hz.
